Rainbow RE: 5 Useful Cough Facts for Chronic Bronchitis Patients
Symptoms of Bronchitis Mayo - Why and How I Quit Smoking
Don't remember the day I started smoking, but I do remember why. My husband smoked. When we kissed, he tasted like a full ashtray smells. I started smoking so that that wouldn't bother me so much, but I knew better.

Was Terrified
If I had not wakened from the smell of burning fabric, I might have died, or at least been badly burned. The new skirt I was wearing had eight holes burned through it. The folds of fabric had protected my skin until I awoke. When I realized that I had risked my life, and ruined a brand new skirt, anger replaced the terror I felt--anger at myself. Smile

Don't remember the day I started smoking, but I'll never forget the day I stopped. On June 2, 1986, I dumped the worst habit I have ever had. Was it worth it? You bet. I no longer have pneumonia every year. Though bronchitis still bothers me on occasion, and I have chronic asthma, most of the time I can breathe without trouble. Best of all, my husband quit, too, within a month of the date that I quit. We have had a smoke free home for more than 20 years, and we have both benefitted from it. It would be hopeless trying to get people who are not interested in knowing more about Bronchitis to read articles pertaining to it. Only people interested in Bronchitis will enjoy this article.

All Through High School, P.E
And health teachers preached the deleterious effects of tobacco smoke on the body. Television, newspapers, magazines, doctors, and the Surgeon General all reported that cigarette smoking caused cancer, emphysema, and many other health problems. I didn't need to hear or read their stories. Both my parents have smoked since their teens. I saw firsthand what smoking does to the smoker. A lot of imagination is required in writing. People may think that writing on Chronic Bronchitis is very easy; on the contrary, knowledge and imagination has to be merged to create an interesting composition. Big Grin.
  • After smoking for five years, I thought I was doomed to be a lifetime smoker just like my parents.
  • Then something frightening happened.
  • I fell asleep in my chair with a lit cigarette in my hand.
  • Unlike many others who died after they went to sleep with a burning cigarette, I was fortunate.
  • I wasn't hurt.
  • Not physically, anyway.

Soon, clothes with tiny circles burned into the fabric became the norm. I couldn't breathe easily if I walked further than out to my car. I couldn't play ball with my children; I didn't have the breath. Many times I decided to quit. And I would, for two or three hours. By the end of the second year, I had had three bouts of pneumonia. Reading is a habit that has to be cultivated from a small age. Only if one has the habit of reading can one acquire more knowledge on things like Chronic Bronchitis.
  • After gathering all the cigarettes I had, I went to the kitchen and carefully destroyed each one, then dropped it into the trash can.
  • By evening I was suffering, but I refused to buy more.
  • Later, I learned my brother-in-law had just quit smoking.
  • He told me to buy salted, roasted sunflower seeds in the shell.
  • This article has been written with the intention of showing some illumination to the meaning of Bronchitis.
  • This is so that those who don't know much about Bronchitis can learn more about it.

Nicotine Stained Fingers, Face, and Teeth are Just the Beginning
Besides the offensive smell, there is the layer of nicotine that stains everything in the smoker's home:, furniture, walls, carpets, everything. On several different occasions, both my parents were extremely sick with illnesses directly attributable quit smoking, eventually culminating in lung cancer for my dad. Cigarettes were so important to them, that they budgeted the smokes in with groceries. If money was tight, we ate beans and potatoes, but they never did without cigarettes. I promised myself in my teens that I would never smoke. I broke that promise sometime in the summer of 1981. The length of an article is rather immaterial about its response from people. People are more interested in the matter about Bronchitis, and not length.

"Suck the Salt Off and Spit Out the Seeds," He Said
"Salt cuts the craving for nicotine." It worked. For six weeks, I carried sunflower seeds around with me. Anytime I started to crave a cigarette, I popped four or five sunflower seeds in my mouth. The times I felt foolish for constantly having sunflower seeds in my mouth, I would just remember the new skirt I had thrown away. Don't misunderstand. Quitting cigarettes was the hardest thing I ever did, but I was more determined than I had ever been.

Are You Looking for a Natural Cure for Bronchitis?
Well, I am going to tell you what worked for me. About 12 years ago, I had a horrible case of bronchitis. I never believed in natural cures back then so I went to the doctor... and then back to the doctor... and then back to the doctor because it never went away. For 3 months, I had this horrific cough that was making me nuts. The doctor put me on antibiotic after antibiotic and then he put me on steroids. I was only about 28 years old... way too young for all of that.

Ok, I Will Continue With My Story
-?So I had had it at this point. I was talking on the phone at work to some stranger and she couldn't help but comment on my chronic cough. I had told her I had bronchitis for 3 months and she told me exactly what to do. Had it been 3 months earlier, I would have thought she was nuts but at this point, I was willing to try anything.

But please don't spend a lot of money on homeopathic cold pills, though... or any vitamins for that matter. I have bought homeopathic cold pills as well as other vitamins at my local health stores and spent way too much on them... for way too long. You can buy them for a lot cheaper online. As you progress deeper and deeper into this composition on Bronchitis Naturally, you are sure to unearth more information on Bronchitis Naturally. The information becomes more interesting as the deeper you venture into the composition.

To see a place where you can buy homeopathic cold tablets for cheaper, visit ***** About the Author: There are universal applications on Bronchitis everywhere. However, it is up to us to decide the way used for these applications to get the best results from them.

3 Days, I Was a New Person! My Cough Was GONE
I couldn't believe it. 3 months of taking drug after drug... and paying money after money! After that, I went out and bought a juicer and started juicing carrots every day. Since then, I have gotten married and had a child so I have been limited on time and the last thing I feel like doing at the end of the day is cleaning up a juicer... so I have stuck with the homeopathic cold pills as well as chewable Esther Vitamin C. They both work really well to stop bronchitis naturally. And again, I have never had a problem like I did 12 years ago. Wink
  • Well, I am happy to say, I am 41 now (ok, that's not the good news.. ha, ha) and I haven't had a case of bronchitis since then.
  • Nor have I hardly had a cold... and when I do have one, it is always a short version because I now know how to cure it naturally.

She Told Me to Do 2 Things..
1. to start drinking fresh carrot juice and 2. to go buy "homeopathic cold pills" from my local health store. In the back of my mind, I still thought this was crazy but I did it anyway. I went to the local health store for a few days and bought carrot juice and I bought the "cold pills" as well. Saying that all that is written here is all there is on Bronchitis Naturally would be an understatement. Very much more has to be learnt and propagated bout Bronchitis Naturally.

Facts about Bronchitis - Shilajit's Magic Powers
Quote:Shilajit in Sanskrit means "conqueror of mountains & destroyer of weakness". It comes from the rocks in the lower Himalayas and is the most important natural remedy of Ayurvedic medicine. The active principle of shilajit is fulvic acid. Traditionally considered a panacea and a strong kidney tonic, it increases the core energy responsible for your sexual and spiritual power, the same force that is withered by stress and anxiety. "There is hardly any curable disease which cannot be controlled or cured with the aid of Shilajit". - Famous Indian Vaid Charak (1st Century A.D.

This ancient wisdom was passed from generation to generation among the Indian and Nepali alchemists and holy men, but it escaped the notice of the Western medical establishment until the last days of the twentieth century, when explorer John Anderson heard of the amazing benefits of this substance and refused to give up the search until he found its source. He journeyed throughout India and Nepal until he learned of the perilous harvesting the raw shilajit from the cliffs. He also documented the reams of Sanskrit studies showing the rare plant's benefits. He spoke firsthand with more than fifty Indian and Nepalese researchers that have been studying the wonderful effects of shilajit and perfecting the processes for delivering the purest, most concentrated shilajit ever know to man.

Shilajit is the Most Important Natural Remedy of Ayurvedic and Folk- Medicine Systems
Its active principle is fulvic acid. Shilajit, also known as mineral pitch , comes from the rocks in the lower Himalayas during the warm, summer months Shilajit is used by the indigenous system of medicine in India, Hakims and Vaids and traditional healers, in a great variety of diseases: genitourinary diseases, diabetes, chronic bronchitis, asthma, gall stones, jaundice, painful and bleeding piles, epilepsy, enlarged liver and spleen, fermentative dyspepsia, digestive disorders, worms, renal and bladder calculi, nervous debility, sexual neurasthenia, hysteria, anaemia and in bone fracture. Opportunity knocks once. So when we got the opportunity to write on Chronic Bronchitis Asthma, we did not let the opportunity slip from our hands, and got down to writing on Chronic Bronchitis Asthma.

Medicinal Properties of Shilajit (Excerpts from Dr
Michael Hartman) There is a lot of research proving Shilajit can help a broad spectrum of health problems. There are many testimonials from people taking Shilajit that have received improvements beyond their expectations. These testimonials indicate that shilajit has to be taken for at least 2 months to give it time to work. Having tonic properties, this substance is useful in a wide variety of treatments. It has been said that there is hardly any curable disease which cannot be assisted with the aid of Shilajit. General debility and fatigue is among the list of ailments which can be helped with Shilajit. The overall action is alterative, tonic, slightly laxative, cholagogue, respiratory stimulant, disinfectant & expectorant, intestinal antiseptic, diuretic, and lithotriptic. Coordinating matter regarding to Chronic Bronchitis took a lot of time. However, with the progress of time, we not only gathered more matter, we also learnt more about Chronic Bronchitis.

This Organic Matter is Composed of a Large Variety of Minerals
Millions of years ago, before the Himalayas were formed, a lush garden flourished in a vast fertile valley. The vegetation in that primeval garden became trapped and preserved as the movement of the continents caused that valley to become the tallest mountain range in the world. Today, millions of years later the monsoon rains and extreme freeze and thaw conditions work together to crack large rock formations, exposing the precious shilajit. Because of its ancient nature, the vegetation was never exposed to any type of fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, or pollution. The native Nepali people collect and carry this gift of nature down the mountain, where it is alchemically processed into a potent, high-quality extract.

The rediscovery of the power of shilajit is said to have been made by Himalayan villagers observing large white monkeys migrate to the mountains in the warm summer months. The monkeys were seen to be chewing a semi-soft substance that flowed from between layers of rock. The villagers attributed the monkey's great strength, longevity and wisdom to the strange substance. They began to consume it themselves and reported a broad spectrum of improvements in health. It seemed to give them more energy, relieve digestive problems, Increase sex drive, improve memory and cognition, improve diabetes, reduce allergies, improve the quality and quantity of life and it seemed to cure all diseases.

  • Is so easy to become a statistic from smoking, just follow the usage instructions on the cigarette package, and this product can kill you.
  • If you got that kind of warning about almost any other product you would never touch it.
  • Why do so many intelligent people continue to smoke when they know what the risks are, or do they only know some of them?
  • However there is some good news, some of the damage you have done to your body begins to repair itself very quickly.
  • These repairs begin as soon as 20 minutes after you have your last cigarette, and continue over time.
  • Added heart damage after 15 years of not smoking could be that of a non-smoker.
  • Illnesses that relate to breathing such as emphysema and bronchitis are caused or made worse by smoking.
  • Do you want to finish your life dragging an oxygen bottle around with you, if you think so, ask someone who does drag one around, just to survive.
  • Some of the matter found here that is pertaining to Emphysema Bronchitis seems to be quite obvious.
  • You may be surprised how come you never knew about it before!

Emphysema is a Respiratory Disorder Characterized by Problems in Breathing
The disorder is caused by the enlargement of air sacs in the lungs, and this makes it difficult for the oxygen to get transported to the bloodstream. Emphysema is the most common cause of death from respiratory disease in the United States. It is generally caused by heavy cigarette smoking. Obviously with a reduction in the circulation of oxygen throughout the body it will deteriorate at an increased rate. Emphysema sufferers have the constant feeling of slowly suffocating, because they can't breathe in enough oxygen to feel comfortable.

The deterioration of the ability to breathe freely stops smokers from participating in sports at higher levels and ultimately this reduction in the ability to exercise results in poor health and for many people the sedentary life that they will tend to lead causes many more related health problems.

Consider the Following, Before Your Light Up Your Next Cigarette;
Smoking is the number one cause of preventable death in the US and is the biggest cause of disease and death in most western countries. And the deaths from these diseases are not easy deaths, they can involve multiple organs or body systems, and there will usually be considerable pain and suffering. It is the leading cause of many forms of cancer and also heart disease and stroke. Many people are not aware of the added risks of heart disease and stroke, probably helped along by the elevated blood pressure that smoking also causes. Virtually every organ in the body is harmed by smoking and this is due to the thousands of chemicals (yes that is thousands) that are present in tobacco smoke. Medical professionals are not even sure of everything that smoking can damage. Many of those chemicals have been shown to cause cancer and many other health problems are caused or made worse due to smoking. Self-praise is no praise. So we don't want to praise ourselves on the effort put in writing on Bronchitis Caused. instead, we would like to hear your praise after reading it!

Addition to this damage to the air sacs in the lungs, other tissues in the airways can become inflamed from cigarette smoke causing chronic bronchitis. Chronic bronchitis is a major cause of disability and death in the United States. The American Lung Association estimates that about 14 million Americans suffer from the disease. Chronic bronchitis is caused by inhaling bronchial irritants, especially cigarette smoke. We find great potential in Bronchitis. This is the reason we have used this opportunity to let you learn the potential that lies in Bronchitis.

Quitting Smoking is Hard to Do, However Thousands of People Do It Every Day
What is required is that you make a plan to quit, and you start. Today would not be too soon. The presentation of an article on Bronchitis plays an important role in getting the reader interested in reading it. This is the reason for this presentation, which has gotten you interested in reading it!

Cancer, HIV, Asthma, Bronchitis, Heart Strokes, and Many More
[Image: c-ac-db-e-c.jpeg]

Until recently the group of diseases that are thought to be primarily caused by smoking were all more prevalent in men than in women, however as the number of women smokers has increased, more women are being diagnosed with these diseases

Each day of smoking is another step in the wrong direction where many parts of the body including the major organs are exposed to danger that can ultimately lead to death. Damage to your lungs gets worse with every cigarette, and will never rebound, unfortunately the risk of lung cancer which is by far the biggest killer of smokers, never goes completely away. Many ex-smokers still get and die from lung cancer, sometimes many years after they quit. We did not write too elaborate an article on Bronchitis as it would be then difficult for the common man to read it. We have written this article in such a way that everyone will be able to read and understand it!
